Initial Consultation
I understand the initial contact is the hardest.
Taking that leap can lead to a greater life.
I can offer an initial 15 minute consultation, either via telephone or video call to establish if you are happy to work with me and me with you. This also gives us the opportunity to discuss what has brought you to counselling and your expectations around this. Then if you feel you would like to continue with me we can arrange a time and date to work together.
